Service Limitations:

• Free Services: Limited to 100 searches per day per IP address
• API Access: Rate limited based on subscription tier
• Bulk Data: Subject to licensing agreements
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time

Data Sources:

Our pincode data is compiled from:

• India Post official records
• Government databases
• Verified third-party sources
• User-submitted corrections

Accuracy Disclaimer:

• Pincodes may change without notice
• New localities may not be immediately updated
• Data may contain errors or omissions
• Always verify critical pincodes with India Post

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Commercial Use:

API access is subject to additional terms and rate limits.

API Tiers:

API Requirements:

• Valid API key required for all requests
• API keys must be kept confidential
• You must implement proper error handling
• Cache responses when appropriate
• Respect rate limits to avoid suspension

Specifically, we are not liable for:

Maximum Liability:

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to us for services in the six months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

Payment Terms:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless specified otherwise
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI
• Invoices are provided for all paid services
• Payment must be received before service activation

Subscription Plans:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time through your account
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle
• No refunds for partial months of service

Refund Policy:

To request a refund, contact billing@pincodehub.in with your transaction details.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if:

• You breach these Terms
• You engage in prohibited activities
• Required by law or legal process
• You pose a security risk to our services
• Non-payment for paid services

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services ceases immediately
• You must stop using all API keys and data
• We may delete your account and data
• No refunds for terminated accounts (except as required by law)

• Through your account settings (if available)
• By discontinuing use of our services

Change Notification:

• Major changes: 30 days notice via email
• Minor changes: Posted on website with updated date
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
